I'd like to start a car wash business, am looking for a garage or a car park. Does anyone know how i should go about getting to sublet or rent a premises. I have some experieced pottencial staff who I plan employ, but getting a premises is proving to be very difficult. Is there any website or company rent that them out? I would start off small and get yur name out there. Maybe start off doing them at convenient stores, Gas stations ect. A traveling car wash would be good to. You can get a grant to start it. www.grants.gov
Talk to s.c.o.r.e., the sba, and get some other ideas and plans.
start by doing it for ur neighborhood for like 2.50 per car and then get bigger then by a garage
