pavement, metal, bricks and concrete use caustic acid, usually can find that in Red Devil drain opener. (like draino) wood decks that are not stained with wood stain use lots of bleach, about half and half. Then rinse good. Vinyll and Painted Aluminum siding use a little vinegar so it doesn't spot. Using caustic acid the hotter the water the better it cleans. I would look into investing in a Hotsy industrial steam cleaner if I was serious about the business after you get it up and going.Starting power wash business;chemicals?
Call the makers of the products. The sales department of these products will be able to answer these questions for you. You can probably google the company names on the label and come up with the phone numbers to help you.
